Annually, almost two million Americans are victims of workplace violence . Homicide is the fourth-leading cause of fatal occupational injuries and the leading cause of death for women in the workplace.

The RSA Risk Management Team provides training to schools, businesses, healthcare organizations and houses of worship to better prepare their most important assets; their people. Our training is designed to help prevent, mitigate, respond to, and recover from an incident of workplace violence or an active shooter incident.
